Volkswagen Tiguan – Competing with the Best

Let’s be realistic and agree that when you think of 4×4 vehicles some of the first that will spring to mind will be from the likes of Land Rover, Jeep or BMW. From here you will narrow things down to the Range Rover, Cherokee and possibly the X5; all of which are more than competent 4×4 choices. However, you need not only consider these units when in discussion about this type of vehicle because the Tiguan from Volkswagen is one that is more than a worthy contender for competing with these machines. In fact, it could be argued that the VW Tiguan is actually superior to some of the aforementioned models thanks to its incredible style and truly magnificent performance. And the great thing is that it is available from as little as £19,765 (S trim), which makes it a much more feasible option when compared to the others. In fact there are five different trims in total (S, Match, Escape, Sport and R Line) with the top of the range model available from only £25,710 (again providing incredible value). One thing that I have personally noticed about the new / used Volkswagen Zafira is the amount of features and additional gadgets that can be purchased in huge! Everything from parking and rain sensors to automatic start and heated seats means that the VW Tiguan is one step ahead of the rest in the technology department. And as for the engines well this is an area of engineering where Volkswagen truly is the experts. With a total of seven different types available for usage, the Tiguan provides a number of innovations that only other manufacturers can dream of.
